MY REVIEW

"First lesson in dealing with a guy: they don’t see anything in gray—it’s usually either black or white, so best get to the point. Guys don’t think like you do, so make it simple."

I loved this series. Admittedly I didn't read all of them but I've read most. Everything about Rex has become a blur to me but I vaguely remember him being mentioned in the previous installments. Hannah was also slightly introduced in the previous installment and I remembered having a love-hate judgement with her but in this Novella, she sounded like a really strong-willed and level-headed woman. But she got some attitude. Rex, he was just being a guy and very straightforward which was what I loved about him most.

Sweet and Quick! Doesn't satisfy my hunger to have more from my series but makes it up some how.

Going in to this, I saw a lot of reviews saying how Novella's don't really work for them because it feels like they were robbed a very good book and I have to agree. But, I have to say that I also loved reading Novella's because it leaves a lot to my imagination of what happens to them after. More like I can make up how they can be further and without much complications because their story was just short and there wasn't a lot of fuss.

I loved their conversations through texts and I loved how Rex is just the agreeable one, which is very annoying but, at the same time it riled Hannah up and their chemistry just levels up from there.

Book Overview

Everyone says Rex Gunderson isn't boyfriend material. Everyone says he isn't serious enough. Everyone says he’s a joke. Rumor has it, the disgraced ex-manager of the wrestling team left campus with his tail between his legs.

But now Rex is back—nowhere near the douchebag he used to be—and ready to prove everyone wrong.

The leopard has changed his spots, and he’s about to become my dating coach.
