I AM BACK!

Ola Bae's! 

It has been forever since I have posted on this blog (Forever = Five long months). I've been back from the United States, specifically New York, for a whole month now but I still haven't fixed my life yet. I mean, I am still on that high-of-the-city-lights phase. Since the trip happened over the summer, which I could not believe happened so fast as if I just blinked, I went and got a full on experience without even worrying about anything.

New York City was perfect. I do not regret not leaving it. Most of my friends from school who went on a USA trip with me experienced a quarter of America. Basically, they did a state hopping adventure while I was left in New York. Again, I do not regret not leaving New York for another state. for 3 months I just experience the city, I just experience the busy phase and I found out that I loved it. If you guys don't know this yet, I'm just going to confess that I a freakishly obsessed with New York since I was 5 years old. I do not remember loving a city so much than NY even before I went and got crazy in the city. Now that I experienced it, I could not imagine loving another city like New York no more. I just felt like I fit there.

I liked the busy phase, I liked the city lights (who would not?), I liked Brooklyn and the place I lived in, which was in Brighton beach, I liked that I got to work on a fast food chain with the coolest people and I liked how I felt like I was in the city where people see me and I see them but it just seems like they overlook me. You guys get me? or nah? It's like I was living and it felt like I was me, independent and seeing things on a new angle. I was on a New York State adventure and all they see is just someone like them, someone who is busy.

Going to New York or to any other place for that matter from the Philippines is difficult. I went through a half year of processing just to get there and it all paid off. I planned on rehashing everything that has happened to me in the City here on my blog but I think it is kind of irrelevant or you guys will not be as interested in it as I expect you to be so I decided to forget about rehashing it. If ever you do want to hear about it just say it on the comment box below. ;)

So now that I am back and now that I am slightly on the verge of moving on from my summer get away, I planned on posting reviews again and I planned on signing up for a lot of great books for the remaining of the year 2016. I have read like, more than 20 books since I have been home but I haven't really got around making reviews for them so I might try do that. Also, I have decided to change things up for the blog and just focus on reviewing and posting random things that really matters (for me that is).

On that note, I am so excited to be back on posting and I am so excited for what is about to come for the 'BER' months.

NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION

Why do people make New Year's Resolution?
Google: A New Year's resolution is a decision to do or not do something in order to accomplish a personal goal or break a habit. It comes at a time when people look back at the past year and make an effort to improve themselves as the new year begins


Okay, so there I was watching a Harry Potter movie a few hours before the clock strikes 12 AM. I was so focused but all of the sudden I had the urge to open my facebook account and viola, all posts were about how they are going to be better next year, how they'll change and be an inspiration and all that jazz.

Honestly, I had no intention of making this list but I realized that I'm old enough now, I could do what I want now that I'm of age so what's stopping me from making a list of resolutions? Of course when I wrote this things down I swore in my mind that I'm doing it. I have heard and experienced that 95% if not 90% of the world's population would fail to accomplish their sworn new years resolution but, as a start of what I can feel is going to be a marvelous year I decided to give it another go. (I've only tried this one other time and that didn't go well but there is absolutely no harm in trying.)

I have just watched Magic Mike XXL(this has nothing to do with the topic of this blog post but,) and I was disappointed by the end of it. I always thought the first one ended pretty good so now that I've seen the second one I thought it was better if they didn't produce a series of it because the expectation is high and when that expectation is not met its just not worth it and disappointing. I just wanted that Mirror Scene which I saw a trailer on Facebook but I ended up watching the whole movie because, what do you know? It was the last scene.


Q: What kind of pet would I want to have?

People have been going around and buying pets lately and just recently, I had a friend who bought a new puppy and I was so jealous because I can't have one. It's not a forever kind of thing though(that is why I'm not really stressing about this). It's just because my mom is asthmatic and she could not be around dogs for too long without sneezing. That is the main reason why I do not have a pet. Yet.

I have mentioned Dogs because that is what I want to have and I just want a dog or two. I strongly believe that dogs are stress relievers and that they are good for humans. Not that cats and any other animals are not good for the humans but, there is just something about dogs that makes humans go 'awe'.

Fridays usually means no class for us and this particular Friday Day(what?) there is very less things to do. I only went to sign-up and register to finally be able to vote this up coming election but, other than that there is absolutely nothing fun to do this day so, I went on to pinterest and tumblr to entertain myself.

My Bae's, August has been a really fun month for me. I created my own blog, we had our intramurals week, I enjoyed the bombing feud between Nicki and Miley and then there was the VMA's. (Which I'd have yet to comment to and I don't think I will.) Yesterday, while everyone was having fun at the VMA's I was stressed as hell cause my tooth filling broke. Immediately, I asked my doctor for a schedule and repaired my filling. I was so scared cause I didn't know what to do. I am that patient. You know, the kind who stresses out and wants the freaking appointment to just be done already so I can go back to my normal life with no worries and no shitty stuff happening to me. I hate going to the doctors. *sighs*

Anyways, back to the original topic of this blog post. The Month has come to its sad end and for some parts of the world it's back to school. But, in my country its the 4th month (September) of school. I'd just like to hash out my favorites for this month if you'd allow me.
